What is Managed DLP?

Managed DLP is an outsourced data loss prevention service covering accidental loss, malicious exfiltration and insider risk. It combines DLP technology with policy development, monitoring, alert triage, reporting and response support across endpoints, email, SaaS, cloud storage, messaging apps and collaboration tools.

Integrity360's service is built on FortiDLP, delivered through a single lightweight endpoint agent and managed by our SOC analysts, with out-of-the-box policies active from day one.

Protecting your data starts with knowing where it goes

Your sensitive data moves across endpoints, email, cloud storage, SaaS, messaging apps and beyond. Knowing where it goes is what makes the rest possible: deciding where controls belong, showing auditors how data is handled, and spotting movement that shouldn't be happening.

Managed DLP covers that movement, combining Insider Risk Management and Data Loss Prevention in one service. Coverage starts from day one, without building and maintaining the program internally. User behaviour analytics, point-of-risk training and compliance support are included, and the day-to-day operation sits with our analysts.

Achieve greater visibility with Managed DLP

Data loss prevention:

  • Real-time content inspection across all exfiltration channels from a single agent.

  • More than 100 pre-built data protection policies, plus machine learning, active from day one

  • Custom DLP policies built around your own risk profile.

Insider risk management:

  • Detection of risky user behaviour

  • User and Entity Behaviour Analytics (UEBA) with individual profiling.

  • An investigation platform giving analysts visibility across endpoints.

  • User training delivered at the point of risk.

  • Audit trail covering data and user activity.

A managed program, not a platform to learn

Coverage across users, data and exfiltration channels starts on day one, combining technology, process and analyst expertise in one managed service. The complexity of running it sits with our team.

DLP FAQs

What is Managed Data Loss Prevention (DLP)?

Managed DLP is a service that helps organizations prevent the unauthorized sharing, leakage, or loss of sensitive data. It involves monitoring, detecting, and securing data in motion, at rest, and in use, across endpoints, cloud services, and email platforms.

Why is DLP important for businesses?

DLP protects sensitive data such as intellectual property, customer information, and financial records from accidental or malicious exfiltration. It supports compliance with regulations like PIPEDA and PCI DSS and reduces the risk of data breaches.

What does Integrity360’s Managed DLP service include?

Integrity360 provides end-to-end DLP management, including policy development, implementation, ongoing monitoring, alert triage, and response. The service also includes regular tuning, reporting, and support from certified consultants.

How does Managed DLP support compliance?

Managed DLP helps demonstrate regulatory compliance by preventing sensitive data leaks, maintaining audit trails, and providing reports for frameworks like PIPEDA, OSFI B-13, and ISO 27001. It ensures policies align with legal and sector-specific requirements.

Can Managed DLP be integrated with existing systems?

Yes. Integrity360’s DLP solutions integrate with common email systems, endpoints, cloud storage, and collaboration tools. This allows full visibility and control without requiring major changes to existing infrastructure.

How are DLP incidents handled?

When a potential data loss incident occurs, Integrity360’s analysts investigate the alert, determine the severity, and work with your team on next steps. Policies can be adjusted to improve outcomes and reduce false positives over time.

Is the service suitable for remote or hybrid workforces?

Absolutely. Managed DLP supports distributed environments by monitoring data activity across devices, locations, and platforms, ensuring security wherever users operate.

What makes Integrity360’s Managed DLP service different?

Integrity360 offers a tailored, expert-led service that goes beyond alerting. It combines best-in-class technology with hands-on support, policy refinement, and actionable insights to continuously improve your data protection posture.
