Modern Slavery Statement
Modern slavery is an abuse of basic human rights and a crime. It includes slavery, forced labour and selling people to exploit them for personal or financial gain. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.
This statement has been published in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken by the Integrity360, for the period 2024, to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its own business operations and supply chains.
This statement covers Integrity360 Limited, which is registered in the UK under number 03538529. We will always:
-
act ethically and with integrity in all aspects of our business;
-
take steps to make sure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in the businesses we work with; and
-
use words in contracts that ban others using forced labour or slavery.
The purpose of Integrity360 modern slavery Policy is to:
(a) set out our responsibilities, and of those working for and on our behalf, in observing and upholding our position on modern slavery and human trafficking; and
(b) provide information to those working for and on our behalf on how to identify and report concerns regarding modern slavery and human trafficking.
Our policy applies to all individuals and businesses that work with us.
For employees, the policy is not part of employment contracts and we can update it any time.
Who is responsible for the policy?
It is the Board's job to make sure this policy and how we behave complies with our legal and ethical responsibilities, and that everyone that works under our control follows this policy.
Our compliance manager, Ian Bakewell, has day-to-day responsibility for putting this policy into practice, making sure it works and answering questions about it.
We have thought about the areas of our business where there might be risks of modern slavery and put in place steps to reduce the risks as far as we can. We provide training for our people where they can help with those steps.
It is the job of every manager to make sure the people that report to them understand and follow this policy and are given enough regular training on it.
We would love to hear from you with any comments on this policy and any suggestions on how it could be improved. Send your comments to compliance manager, Ian Bakewell,.
What you must do
Stopping modern slavery is everyone's job. You must read, understand and follow this policy.
The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chains is the responsibility of all those working for us or under our control. You are required to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy.
You must tell your manager OR the compliance manager OR report it in line with our Whistleblowing Policy as soon as possible if you think that something has happened or might happen that involves modern slavery or human trafficking. If you are not sure, raise it anyway, we want you to tell us about honest and genuine concerns. You will not be criticised or punished if the concern was not found to be a problem. We would rather be safe than sorry.
Telling employees about this policy
We will provide training on this policy as part of the induction. After induction, we will provide regular training as often as needed.
We will tell everyone we do business with that we have a zero-tolerance approach.
Breaches of this policy
Employees who breach this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in being dismissed for misconduct or gross misconduct.
We may also end our relationship with other individuals and organisations working with us if they breach this policy.
