Continuous visibility across your environment

Managed attack surface management (ASM) continuously discovers, profiles and monitors the assets in your environment and ranks the exposures on them. It covers IT, OT, IoT, cloud, hybrid and medical device environments, including assets that never made it into your inventory.

The service runs on the Armis Centrix Cyber Exposure Management platform, with our specialists reviewing what it finds, prioritizing exposures and supporting remediation.

An asset inventory is out of date from the moment it is written. Continuous discovery keeps the picture current as devices connect, workloads move and services change.

Finding the assets your inventory doesn't have

Your environment spans corporate endpoints, cloud workloads, SaaS applications, IoT devices, OT systems, remote users and third-party connections. Holding a current view across all of it is hard to sustain, and hardest where assets sit outside traditional IT inventory tools or arrive without the security team seeing them.

Managed ASM directly addresses that challenge by continuously discovering assets, identifying exposures, prioritizing remediation, and giving security teams the visibility needed to make confident, informed decisions about where risk exists and what to do about it.

Defining your attack surface

Your attack surface is the total set of assets that could be exploited by threat actors. Depending on your specific industry and organization's infrastructure, these can include:

  • IT assets such as endpoints, servers, and cloud services.

  • OT systems in critical infrastructure and manufacturing.

  • IoT devices like smart sensors and industrial IoT.

  • Medical devices specifically within healthcare organizations.

Every one of these assets carries unique risks, making it essential to establish ongoing visibility and assessment across your entire environment.

Managed Attack Surface service

Integrity360's Managed ASM service delivers end-to-end attack surface coverage through six core capabilities:

  • Continuous asset discovery

Real-time visibility across known, unknown, managed, and unmanaged assets spanning IT, OT, IoT, cloud, hybrid, and medical device environments, ensuring nothing goes undetected.

  • Asset intelligence and profiling

A detailed understanding of each asset, including what it is, where it sits, how it communicates, what risks it carries, and whether it is behaving as expected.

  • Exposure detection and prioritization

Cyber exposures, including vulnerable devices, misconfigurations, insecure services, policy violations, and risky behaviours, are identified and prioritized based on business risk and exploitability, so teams focus where it matters most.

  • Remediation support

Actionable recommendations, ticketing integrations, and direct expert support give resolver teams what they need to reduce high-priority exposures efficiently and effectively.

  • Advanced threat detection

Anomalous behaviour and suspicious asset activity are surfaced early, allowing teams to respond before situations escalate into incidents.

  • Reporting and continuous improvement

Exposure trends, remediation progress, and attack surface changes are tracked over time, supporting governance, compliance requirements, and ongoing security improvement.

Benefits of Managed Attack Surface

With Managed ASM you gain the visibility and expert support needed to stay ahead of attack surface risk:

  • Discover hidden assets

Build a more complete inventory across IT, OT, IoT, cloud, and medical device environments, including unmanaged and previously unknown devices that fall outside traditional asset management tools.

  • Reduce exploitable cyber exposure

Identify the exposures attackers are most likely to target and prioritize actions to directly address the greatest areas of risk.

  • Improve security across complex environments

Gain visibility across operational technology, connected devices, and specialist systems that conventional tools often miss.

  • Detect risky behaviour earlier

Surface anomalous asset behaviour and suspicious activity before it develops into a wider security incident

  • Allow your internal teams to focus on business priorities

Give security and IT teams expert support, prioritized recommendations, and clearer remediation workflows that make their work more manageable.

  • Support compliance and reporting

Continuous asset visibility, exposure history, and remediation tracking support relevant frameworks, including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST CSF, and SOC 2.

The service runs continuously, cycling through discovery, assessment, and remediation to keep security posture strong as the attack surface changes and new exposures emerge.

ASM FAQs

What is Managed Attack Surface Management (ASM)?

Managed ASM is a fully managed cybersecurity service that provides continuous visibility, risk prioritization, and exposure remediation across your organization’s entire asset landscape. This often includes IT, OT, IoT, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Why is ASM important for cybersecurity?

With the rise of shadow IT, remote work, and IoT devices, organizations face a growing and complex attack surface. ASM helps uncover and manage unknown or vulnerable assets, allowing security teams to prioritize threats and respond before incidents occur.

What does Integrity360’s Managed ASM include?

The service includes continuous asset discovery, exposure intelligence, business-risk prioritization, remediation orchestration, and validation. It integrates with existing environments and includes optional add-ons such as threat intelligence, remediation resource augmentation, and 24/7 security monitoring.

How does Managed ASM differ from traditional asset management?

Managed ASM continuously identifies exposures and prioritizes remediation based on actual risk. It combines AI-driven asset intelligence with expert oversight to proactively reduce cyber threats across your full digital surface.

What is the difference between Managed ASM and Managed ASM+?

Managed ASM covers core visibility and exposure detection. Managed ASM+ adds advanced vulnerability aggregation, deduplication, prioritization, and complete remediation management, ideal for organizations seeking a more in-depth, hands-off service.

How does ASM support remediation efforts?

Integrity360 works directly with resolver teams to track and manage remediation from start to finish. Optional augmentation provides skilled resources to help tackle backlogs and accelerate the resolution of high-priority exposures.

Can ASM help with compliance and reporting?

Yes. Managed ASM provides continuous documentation of asset status, exposure history, and remediation actions, supporting audit readiness and compliance with frameworks including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST CSF, and SOC 2.

What makes Integrity360’s ASM service different?

Integrity360’s service is powered by Armis Centrix and delivered by seasoned experts. It combines deep technical insight, hands-on remediation support, and customizable service tiers, providing a proactive and scalable defence against modern cyber threats.
