What is identity advisory?
Identity advisory is an independent assessment of how your organization manages identities and access, covering what you have in place, where the gaps and risks sit, and what to do about them, and in what order. It spans access management, privileged access management (PAM), identity governance and administration, AI identity, and wider identity strategy.
Working with you, our identity specialists provide recommendations that fit your environment, your risks, and the technology you already own.
What identity advisory services cover
Current State Assessment (CSA) Enterprise
A CSA Enterprise provides a detailed review of one or more identity domains: Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Governance and Administration.
Stakeholder workshops, documentation reviews, environmental analysis and maturity mapping establish your organization's current position, along with the gaps and risks that need attention.
Deliverables can include:
-
Workshops with up to ten stakeholder groups
-
Review of the selected identity domains
-
Documented observations, gaps and risks by severity
-
Recommendations and product comparisons
-
Maturity mapping aligned with NIST and CMMI
-
Tactical roadmap covering three to twelve months
-
Strategic roadmap covering one to three years
-
Executive presentation of the findings
The assessment typically takes ten weeks.
Current State Assessment (CSA) Foundation
CSA Foundation uses the same methodology in a reduced scope and timeframe. This is best to invest in when your identity requirements are less complex, or when you want a focused assessment of a single identity domain.
Deliverables can include:
-
Workshops with up to three stakeholder groups
-
Review of the selected access management, privileged access, identity governance and administration
-
Documented observations and gaps
-
High-level risk themes
-
Practical recommendations
-
Tactical roadmaps
-
Final report and presentation
CSA Foundation takes approximately four weeks.

Rapid PAM Assessment
The Rapid PAM Assessment provides a focused view of your current privileged access position. It can support the planning for a new PAM program or provide rapid assurance over one you already run.
The assessment combines technical scanning, stakeholder interviews and process analysis to identify privileged accounts, current controls, and priority risks.
Deliverables can include:
-
Technical scanning and privileged account assessment
-
Review of existing PAM processes and business logic
-
Identification of high-level risks
-
Definition of the current and target PAM states
-
Prioritized tactical improvement roadmap
AI Identity Framework
The AI Identity Framework helps to establish how AI agents and related non-human identities should be identified, owned, governed, monitored, and decommissioned. The engagement examines how those agents reach your data, applications and tools, then defines the controls required needed to govern them.
Deliverables can include:
-
AI use-case and tooling review
-
AI identity lifecycle workshop
-
Current-state observations and risk themes
-
AI identity security principle framework
-
Target Operating Model and framework adoption roadmap
