Introducing the brand new Integrity360 Graduate Penetration Testing Programme that seeks to recruit Graduates to become the next generation of Penetration Testers and join our growing team. Our innovative graduate programme encourages exploration and challenges while providing opportunities to shadow on exciting and complex penetration testing projects.

The programme follows a structured development pathway that focuses on:

It provides extensive on-the-job experience that equips you with the skills and experience necessary to pursue a career in Cyber Security. Our programme offers technical support from seasoned Penetration Testers, Hack-the-Box pathways, and an PNPT and OSCP qualification.

Application Process

The information you need to know about applying to our Graduate Programme.

1: Online Application

Click on 'Apply Now' below and follow through the steps. Feel free to include a short paragraph about your passion for cyber security and computer science on your CV.

2: Call with HR

If you are suitable for the role, you'll be invited on a call with HR. Consider this as an informal interview, we'd like to understand more about you. You'll received feedback within a few days.

3: Technical Interview

If you're successful, you'll be invited to take our online technical test. After the test, we'll schedule you on a follow up call with one of our managers from the Cyber Testing team to talk through your test results.

4: Practical Assessment Day

Finally, you’ll be asked to come to our Dublin office for the Assessment Day where you and other candidates will take part in a variety of activities that will test your skills and knowledge. You’ll also have some 1 on 1 time with members in our Cyber Testing team.

5: Offer

Well Done! If you're successful in all the stages we'll offer you a place on the programme and tell you the start date. If you're unsuccessful, we'll provide you with feedback.
