Clara Leao is a dynamic leader in the cyber security industry, currently serving as Director of Professional Services Infrastructure at i360. Having been with the company since its startup phase, Clara has held multiple senior management roles, contributing significantly to the company’s evolution from a small Irish enterprise to a pan-European leader in the field.

With a solid foundation in finance and a background in auditing, Clara brings meticulous attention to detail in project planning and delivery. 

Her ability to build high-performing teams and develop innovative services has been key to i360’s continued growth and success. 

Clara’s leadership and strategic insight have consistently driven the company’s growth, establishing it as a trusted name in cyber security across Europe.

Martin is a senior executive with more than 20 years of technical, consulting and leadership experience, with a proven track record of establishing and developing high performance Professional Services teams. Martin is a widely respected information security professional, having successfully assisted financial institutions, retailers and service providers achieve and maintain continuous compliance by embedding information security within the very fabric of their organisation’s culture, whilst ensuring that their method of operation is verifiably secure. Martin has a pragmatic approach to distilling complex problems into easy to execute tasks, coupled with the ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.

Experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working within both the Cyber and computer software industry. Skilled in SOC capabilities, IT Service Management, ITL, ISO, Windows Server, and Management.

Appointed as Practice Manager in 2022, Alessandro leads the Payment Security and Compliance Department with a mission to fortify electronic payment security and guide clients to meet industry standards. With over 10 years of IT sector experience and a master's degree in software engineering, Alessandro’s expertise spans large-scale assessments across retail, banking, financial institutions, service providers, payment solutions vendors, and e-commerce environments.

Having dedicated the majority of his career to IT security, Alessandro brings a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience to Integrity360 customers. His leadership has been pivotal to the success of Payments Compliance Services, including PCI Standards and European financial and payment directives, ensuring clients achieve the highest levels of compliance and security.

Reema is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience in the field. In her career she has covered various HR areas, such as acquisitions, operational management and strategic development.

She has experience in handling HR related matters on an international scale, as well as, having held HR positions in both in the UK and internationally, including significant time living and working in Toronto, Canada.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

Reema’s areas of expertise includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and organisational development.

Patrick Wragg is our Head of Incident Response. He joined Integrity360 from Avnet in 2021, where he was Head of Incident Response overseeing incident response in EMEA, AMER and APAC, supporting over 15,000 employees.

Jeff has over 18 years of experience across a wide range of industries including technology, utilities, cyber security, telecoms, and professional services. Known for his analytical mindset, Jeff has a proven track record of building robust financial management functions that align closely with both strategic goals and operational demands.

With deep expertise in corporate finance, he has successfully led multiple debt and equity funding rounds, as well as significant buy-side and sell-side transactions, particularly within private equity-backed environments. Jeff plays a key role in supporting Integrity360’s continued growth and financial resilience.

Ivelina Konkina Gogova is a dedicated professional with a passion for understanding complex systems and a natural aptitude for problem-solving. 
For the past 20 years, she has been a key figure in a single company, witnessing and contributing to its transformation over the years. Her role has evolved alongside the company, allowing her to gain extensive experience in every aspect of its operations.
Ivelina's expertise is comprehensive, spanning various roles with a particular focus on people management, growth, and company progress. Her dedication and adaptive approach have made her an invaluable asset, driving both personal and organisational success.

Paul-Arnaud Wernert leads OT security sales with international coordination, and manages the OT Security Consulting practice at Integrity360, bringing over 2 decades of consulting experience in securing critical infrastructure across sectors including energy, transport, industries... He got his CISSP certification in 2016.

At Holiseum—now part of Integrity360, Paul-Arnaud has developed the consulting entity and has been instrumental in guiding organisations through OT cyber risk assessments, governance, and regulatory compliance, helping bridge the gap between IT and OT cyber security.

Max is a seasoned professional in the field of cyber security, currently serving as a SOC (Security Operations Centre) Manager with four years' experience in this role. Prior to his managerial position, Max honed his skills as a Cyber Security Analyst, developing a deep understanding of threat detection and mitigation strategies.

With a passion for cyber security, Max is driven by his analytical mindset and a relentless pursuit of knowledge in the ever-evolving landscape of digital security. Beyond technical expertise, Max also thrives in the realm of people management, adept at leading teams and fostering collaboration to achieve common goals.

Alexander is a seasoned cyber security expert with 14 years' extensive experience in endpoint security, SIEM engineering and incident response. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Director of Security Operations, responsible for overseeing four Security Operations Centers (SOCs) across Europe.

With a proven track record of excellence in cyber security, Alexander is dedicated to protecting organisations from cyber threats and advancing the field of information security.
