For the purpose of this statement a Website User is anyone who visits the Integrity360 website (the “website”)
We may collect personal data of our Website visitors. This section explains all.
Our website uses ‘cookies’ which are very small text files that are placed on your computer by a web server. They are used to store data about you and your preferences so that a web server doesn’t have to repeatedly request this information, potentially slowing down load time.
We may also collect personal data about you including when you or your organisation browse, complete a form or make an enquiry or otherwise interact on our website or other online platforms.
You have rights under all of these lawful bases. How to exercise these is explained above
When you register or complete a webform we collect your name, contact details, and your email address.
Newsletter: When you subscribe to any of our mailing lists, you will be automatically subscribed to receive email updates based on your preferences. You will only receive information that you have opted in to receive.
We use a marketing tool to manage our email marketing. This system stores their data in the US although they comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. We have a Data Processing Agreement in place with them in our role as Data Controller.
You can change your email marketing preferences at any time, by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ or ‘manage preferences’ on any of our emails or by contacting: firstname.lastname@example.org
Get In Touch: When you get-in-touch through our webform you will be contacted by a member of Integrity360 to respond to your query.
