Overview

For the purpose of this statement a Website User is anyone who visits the Integrity360 website (the “website”)

We may collect personal data of our Website visitors. This section explains all.

How We Collect Your Personal Data

Our website uses ‘cookies’ which are very small text files that are placed on your computer by a web server. They are used to store data about you and your preferences so that a web server doesn’t have to repeatedly request this information, potentially slowing down load time.

We use cookies to improve user experience, facilitate authentication and website analytics. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser.

We may update our Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect any changes in technology or legislation which may affect the way in which cookies are used by us and how you, as a user, can manage them. By continuing to use our website you accept our use of cookies and can opt out at any time in the ways outlined below.

If you do not want to accept a cookie you can use your in-built browser or device settings to deny or accept individual or all cookies. The procedure varies depending on browser or device so please visit your browser or device's settings or help section for more details. Please be aware that some functionality on our websites requires the use of cookies, and as such, disabling these may result in a deterioration of service

We may also collect personal data about you including when you or your organisation browse, complete a form or make an enquiry or otherwise interact on our website or other online platforms.

Lawful Basis of Processing

  • Consent - The main lawful basis for processing is consent.
  • Legitimate Interest - We believe it is in the legitimate interest of the Website user and us.

You have rights under all of these lawful bases. How to exercise these is explained above
