Job Role & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist who displays their own initiative, with a high level of attention to detail and who wants to work as part of a dynamic team. Work closely with the HR Department and Senior Managers to provide the business with the highest level of recruiting partnership in identifying and anticipating recruitment needs. Perform the full lifecycle of recruitment in identifying and bringing top talent to Integrity360 while maintaining excellent relationships. 

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;

  • Gain in depth understanding of our culture, values and business functions to provide proactive solutions to ensure staffing goals and deadlines are met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to create a recruitment plan to prioritise the current and upcoming staffing needs
  • Create innovative strategies to attract the best talent
  • Build out and improve new and existing processes, recruiting channels and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Headhunt and source candidates that match the competency and technical skill requirements
  • Communicate professionally and provide regular detailed updates
  • Proactively engage candidates through sourcing and pipeline building, working effectively to attract candidates for future hiring needs
  • Own and be responsible for the lifecycle of the recruitment process from initial candidate contact, to offer and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Perform reference checking and ensure non-EU employees have the right to work in Ireland
  • Maintain systems/database of all candidates with up to date and accurate information
  • Provide market intelligence and strategy expertise, accessing new trends and opportunities to increase recruitment results
  • Work with the HR team on internal skills development plans for individuals to grow in the company
  • Liaise with the COO and HR team to plan and run recruitment events
  • Report weekly on key performance metrics
  • Play a key role in our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programmes
  • Constantly maintain the culture of the Company incorporating the values of the Company.

What You Will Bring To Us

  • Previous experience recruiting talent
  • Track record building confidence and credibility with business partners
  • Proven track record in delivering on hiring goals
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Effective communicator both written and verbally
  • ‘Can do’ attitude with the ability to react appropriately within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in using data analytics and metrics to support sourcing/recruiting strategies/timelines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated record of time management and goal achievement
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
