Job Role & Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a talented Talent Acquistion Manager to be based in Southern England (location is flexible).

The objective of this exciting position is to lead our talent acquisition and recruitment program in support of our ambitious growth plans across Europe.

  • Ownership of all recruitment activities for the group working closely with the management team. Vacancies will vary based on the needs of the business but will include both sales, business development, technical and consulting roles
  • Reaching out to prospective employees via head hunting, social media, referrals and advertising
  • Screening and interviewing candidates both over the phone and face to face working with the hiring manager
  • Growing, developing and managing the talent acquisition function according to the needs of the business.
  • Providing feedback to candidates during the recruitment process
  • Updating the management team on a regular basis on all recruitment activities
  • Undertaking reference checks on prospective new employees and providing feedback to the relevant manager/director
  • Providing feedback to the management team on recruitment related topics
  • Providing feedback to the management team on recruitment and retention trends
  • Working with the HR team provide feedback and suggestions to the management team around initiatives around employee retention, growth and development.

Key skills & experience

  • At least 4 years of IT recruitment experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experienced at conducting interviews, writing job adverts and working with managers to produce job descriptions
  • Pace and action orientated and with high levels of personal energy.
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • Creativity and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
