This role is responsible for leading and supporting our Security Engineering Team whose primary focus is the support & management of our customer Splunk platforms. You will be responsible for leading the team along with being their escalation point for complex issues. Through setting the standard of best practice and ensuring quality you will hold strong Customer Support skills along with practical resolution skills.
This is a very dynamic role where you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve Customer Problems, interface with the Service Delivery Managers, Technical Splunk Consultants on various product issues and contribute to ongoing service improvement discussions. You will be responsible for knowledge management and ensuring we have the appropriate supporting documentation for all resolution paths.
In addition to supporting customer platforms, for our Managed Service customers you will be required to develop our customer Splunk platforms through the integration of new log sources, report/dashboard creation and work with our Security Analysts & CTI team to build, test and implement new security use cases.
As the most Senior member of our Splunk Support Team, you may be required to attend Enterprise Customer Calls with the wider Senior Team in Integrity360.
