Job Role & Responsibilities

This is a technical role with Integrity360 where you will be working within a dedicated team of security engineers providing operational (BAU) technical support and maintenance for one of Integrity360’s clients. You will need to effectively interact with client contacts and other members of the team to diagnose and remediate technical issues to maintain availability of systems that are critical to the customer’s business operations.

What you will bring to our clients

  • Experience providing operational support and maintenance for large organisations. Diagnose and remediate technical issues to maintain system availability.
  • Experience working in a ticket driven support environment
  • Track record of working in a multi-vendor security and network environment designed for high availability
  • Good understanding of how DNS and web services are set up and managed in an enterprise environment
  • Strong expertise with one or more of the following security products and technologies:
  • Firewalls - Check Point, Fortinet
  • F5 LTM
  • Forcepoint Web Access Security and Email Security Cloud
  • Cisco Secure Email Gateway
  • Knowledge of core networking concepts (CCNA/CCNP or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms and integration into an enterprise environment
  • Provide consultancy on operating environment and implementation guidance to partner teams working on projects that interact with security systems
  • Flexibility in working methods and times
    • The role will involve providing on call support for the customer’s security infrastructure
    • The role may also require you to work additional hours to facilitate maintenance activities on the customer’s security infrastructure
