Regional Sales Director (UK)

As Regional Sales Director of the UK, you have overall strategic and operational responsibility for all Sales Channels across all geographies, Account Management, Business Development, Renewals, Digital Inside Sales, and Cyber Success Management across Managed Services, Professional Services, Hardware and Software Sales.

• To lead the UK Sales function to deliver on the overall sales and P&L objectives of the business
• To establish and implement standards of performance across the team – developing the capabilities of the team
• To develop and implement a winning sales strategy, and provide thought leadership on value propositions and commercial excellence to shape future investments and developments
• To develop the optimum sales structure to ensure we take advantage of the market opportunity in the most effective and efficient manner – account management, business development, inside sales, sales specialists
• To work closely with commercial teams and the SMT to develop our overall market effectiveness – including customer strategy, future customer requirements definition and competitor insights
• Work with external channel partners to create incremental sales opportunities, and to manage overall GTM plans to deliver the in-year plans

• To work closely with the CEO to develop and implement the overall sales strategy and growth plan for the UK business
• To build out a high-performance sales function with a A-Team players focusing on growth
• To manage the overall revenue and costs within the function to ensure P&L revenue, margin and EBITDA objectives are achieved
• To liaise with CFO and Finance team to ensure efficient on-boarding of new contracts and timely and accurate billing – converting booked orders to invoiced
• To ensure sales targeting and supporting commission plans are aligned to meet the overall business objectives
• To ensure all forecasting and pipeline management is accurate and reflects the reality of the opportunities open within the customer base
• To ensure the opportunity funnel pipeline has a range of short, medium and long-term opportunities that reflect adequate cover to meet sales objectives
• Lead bid review board meetings on strategic bid development
• To develop and implement and account planning methodology & plans for Tier 1 customers, in conjunction with other virtual team members principally pre-sales and practice colleagues
• To work closely with the commercial team to determine the right strategic roadmap to maximise growth including driving the effective sales of our managed services proposition, owning key vendor relationships to drive incremental outcomes, and representing I360 at trading events
• To drive opportunity identification and conversion for the full suite of Integrity360 solutions portfolio
• To ensure a performance management culture is embedded in the team and taking responsibility for personal and overall team performance in line with the company values reflected in the HR tool
• Ensure the team are trained and have a thorough understanding of the solutions portfolio and cyber market overall
• To meet revenue and margin targets, ensuring the team secure new business and retain current contracts and to develop future business growth
• To develop and implement a contact strategy for the business to ensure effective coverage of all identified accounts including C-suite/senior management engagement
• To ensure a robust approach to all renewals is maintained to maximise customer retention and appropriate margin for the business
• Promote the Integrity360 ‘brand’ by exceeding customer expectation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the sales experience maximising solution sales and customer retention

• Educated to Degree Level or relevant equivalent necessary
• 7+ years' experience in a similar role
