Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects and programmes on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will ensure clear plans are in place, providing status reporting, risk and issue tracking, resolution and escalation of critical issues and risks to plan. In this role you will work with different business departments, as well as other internal partners and third parties, to ensure thorough process and project execution of client engagements.

This role requires a strong commercial awareness and a capability to scope and define works according to customer requirements in conjunction with the Technical specialists on the account.

Travel to customer sites is a fundamental element of this role.

• Create the plan to manage, oversee and co-ordinate large scale cross functional responsibilities and tasks.
• Responsible for project communication, and liaison with all relevant partners / stakeholders.
• Manage all engagements according to budget and schedule, with detailed tracking submitted to the PMO.
• Ensure accurate reporting established and delivered to relevant stakeholders in the Organisation.
• Create metrics, reporting and status reports to report progress against project objectives, SLAs and milestones. 
• Develop acceptance criteria for successful delivery of client engagements.
• Work with Sales, Professional Services and Operations teams to ensure end to end delivery of projects, from initiation to onboarding / closure.

• Proven Technical Project Management Experience
• Very strong client facing capabilities and experience with high profile customers
• Strong reporting and presenting capabilities
• A good understanding of technical security environments
• Proven responsibility in all phases of project delivery within tight deadlines under pressure from external clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to manage numerous competing concurrent activities and complex integration solutions
• Fluent English speaker
• Aptitude for solving problems and acting on own initiative
• A strong team player with a flexible approach
• Highly motivated with a willingness to learn & drive that motivation within the team
• Strong analytical skills, logical and structured in approach
• Proactive and energetic in the work situation, seeking to get things done
• Ability to create a positive and innovative, engaging working environment

• Educated to Degree Level or relevant equivalent necessary
• Technical Qualification in the IT Infrastructure field desirable
• Formal Project Management Qualification
