Job Role & Responsibilities

Integrity360 is seeking Cyber Risk & Assurance Advisors whom have an interest in the Information Security field. As a CRA Advisor you will support a team of Senior Advisors with the opportunity to develop your skills and talent with practical experience in governance, risk and compliance obligations of both the corporate entity and those of our clients. You will have exposure to customers and accounts gaining first-hand experience in the Customer/Supplier relationship. Travel to customer sites will be required throughout this role. Following are the key responsibilities for your role:

  • Identifies and resolves complex issues on the engagement/ project to the satisfaction of leadership, demonstrating a broad cyber technical skillset.
  • Takes personal responsibility for understanding client needs and expectations. Effectively anticipates and proactively addresses issues to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Demonstrates respect for differences in individual style and background, and for how this impacts the team. Displays curiosity by asking appropriate questions in order to better understand a situation.

  • Evaluate the cybersecurity design and the effectiveness of cybersecurity environments of clients
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to team success, going beyond their own tasks to help the team to succeed.
  • Develop and implement ISMS and Data Privacy frameworks for clients.
  • Working with the project managers and operations manager to update on the status of all engagements
  • Assisting with scheduling project timelines and milestones to ensure that projects are kept on target
  • Documenting processes and policies across different job functions
  • Privacy, Data Protection and Information Security knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure and IT Operating models
  • Always communicates messages clearly and confidently. Shows sincerity and is approachable.
  • Values and builds professional relationships.
  • Proactively self-manages career development and professional growth, demonstrates openness to new experiences, coaching, learning and relationships to support them in achieving aspirational performance for their level.

What would be nice to have

  • Experience with reporting & presentation requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience with collating data and extracting information from data

What would be really nice to have

  • Educated to Degree Level desirable in Finance, Business, IT or related field.
  • Technical Qualification in the IT Infrastructure field desirable but not necessary

  • A desire to start new projects, significantly contribute to on-going projects and deliver all projects to closure
  • Travel (national and international) may be required as part of this role, and as such a clean driving license and access to a car are essential
