Job Role

You will join Integrity360’s MIS team and will be reporting to the Senior Systems Analyst.

The role will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day case management and system break fix
  • Supporting system users in adoption and maximizing benefits of the system
  • Development works for multiple ongoing upgrade projects (Scrum)
  • Managing and developing business intelligence using a BI tool (Einstein / PowerBI / Tableau)
  • Reporting on and developing the reporting capabilities for the following tools on the Salesforce platform:
    • Salesforce CRM
    • Financial Force Supply Chain Management (SCM)
    • Financial Force Professional Service Management (PSA)
    • Financial Force Accounting (FFA)
    • Financial Force Billing
    • BMC Remedyforce (Ticketing tool)
  • The role will be the subject matter expert for reporting on all tools both on and off system

What you will be Responsible for

Case Management

  • Quickly resolve users’ system issues
  • Answer users’ system queries
  • Document case resolution details for future reference
  • Collaborate with team members to continually improve the case process
  • Perform technical investigations around recurring issues

System Upgrades

  • Support the project lifecycle for ongoing projects
  • Requirements elicitation and validation
  • Solution design
  • Implementation, testing and deployment of configuration updates
  • Project communications and stakeholder management

Day to Day Reporting

  • Develop capability to generate ad-hoc reports as required for key business stakeholders
  • Provide the business with accurate real time / rapid turn-around commercial decision-making information
  • Reaching an in-depth understanding of KPI’s in each business segment and how they interact between each other
  • Sales plans management and distribution
  • Sales budget/targets creation, management, and distribution
  • Management of the business intelligence tool (Einstein / PowerBI / Tableau)

Reporting Development

  • Establishing KPI format and circulating KPI’s periodically to key stakeholders / notifying same of availability
  • Cross-pollination of KPI’s / reports for improved understanding of business progress and impact on global business of each individual segment
  • Development and upkeep of financial reporting both in excel and in FinancialForce system
  • Development of professional services operational reporting – backlog, utilization, whitespace reporting
  • Maintain and develop understanding of business, revenue streams, cost drivers, key deliverables and objectives and progress of each versus defined target levels
  • Seeking constant refinement and improvement of reports, KPI’s and dashboards

Management Support

  • Involvement in KPI discussions with stakeholders of each business department, explaining basis of KPI and seeking comment on indicators periodically
  • Analysis of KPI’s and reports to explain underlying data and trends and provide insights for the business and its key stakeholders
  • Interacting with stakeholders and departmental management to regularly assess adequacy of reporting formats and deliverables and to identify and implement improvements identified

What you will bring to us

  • Experience with Salesforce is required
  • Einstein Analytics experience or similar Business Intelligence tool experience is desired
  • Ideally, experience using FinancialForce ERP or other cloud-based ERP systems
  • Reporting experience in the following areas
    • Sales processes and data
    • Supply chain management
    • Professional services automation
    • Finance
    • Operational management
    • Ticketing
    • Revenue recognition
  • Experience with reporting & presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with collating and analyzing data, and extracting insights from data


  • Salesforce Admin certification (required)
  • Educated to Degree Level desirable in Finance, Business, IT or related field (desired)
  • Exposure to coding (desired)
