Job Role & Responsibilities

  • To be a key member of our sales team, focused on Business Development
  • To establish and maintain excellent relationships at the appropriate levels with the targeted customer base
  • To understand the customers’ key business drivers and strategic requirements and align our solutions and offerings to provide maximum value to Intergrity360 and the client
  • To develop a comprehensive Hardware & Software, Managed Services and Professional Services growth strategy across your targeted customer base and grow our revenues from these services by implementing a robust account planning process
  • To work closely with Pre-sales consultants and practice specialists to grow & develop a strong opportunity funnel for your customer base.  
  • To meet and exceed activity and sales targets, whilst ensuring business growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction
  • Promote the Integrity360 ‘brand’ by exceeding customer expectation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the sales experience.
  • Provide support to Field Account Management Team
  • Use high volume automation techniques to stay connected to your base
  • Target your prospective using data analytics
  • Work closely with our marketing team to maximise the value from our marketing activities

Key Tasks

  • To drive opportunity identification and conversion for the full suite of Integrity360 solutions portfolio
  • To meet revenue and margin targets, securing new business and retaining current contracts and to develop future business growth
  • To identify and implement a contact strategy for target customers capturing all relevant detail in
  • Promote the Integrity360 ‘brand’ by exceeding customer expectation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the sales experience maximising solution sales and customer acquisition
  • To ensure all forecasting and pipeline management is accurate and reflects the reality of the opportunities open within your customer base.
  • To develop, maintain and update appropriate account development plans for Tier 1 acquisition customers, in conjunction with other virtual team members principally Pre-sales and practice colleagues
  • To provide competitor feedback and industry insight to Sales and Marketing management
  • To maintain and improve knowledge on all new and existing products and services and on competitors’ offerings
  • Undertake action plans for customers/propositions in line with sales/marketing strategies
  • To maintain regular and focused contact with members of the virtual team including, Pre-Sales, Practice Consultants, Project Management and Service teams
  • Manage a large number of accounts / prospects / opportunities in an organised way
  • Provide value to your existing and prospective customers

Key Performance Indicators

Sales Performance against the following KPI’s

  • Targets achieved for new business H&S, MSS and PS
  • Targets achieved of customers retained
  • Targets achieved for CRA, CST, SIEM and Cloud opportunities identified and closed
  • Customer Coverage and development of customer account plans
  • Number & quality of Decision makers contacted
  • Outbound activity to your base – Calls/emails/marketing
  • Quantity and accuracy of information inputted into the CRM system
  • Accuracy of forecasting
  • Customer feedback and Customer Satisfaction scores (NPS)

What you bring to us

  • Should have 2 years Business Development experience with proven track record of delivering results and driving new customer acquisition and account development
  • Works on own initiative and is continually looking at ways to improve sales performance
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the Integrity360 portfolio and competitive market
  • Experience of solution selling and customer acquisition within large enterprise customers
  • C-suite/Senior level customer engagement
  • Awareness of the Business Arena
  • InfoSec experience
  • Curious and quick to learn
